No Return Policy for Custom-Made Products
Thank you for choosing SCANMYCAN.COM for your custom-made QR purchase. Please note that all our items are made-to-order specifically for you, and as such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and production has begun, we are unable to cancel, alter, or accept a return for any custom-made item. This policy ensures that every item is crafted with care, exclusively for you.
Order Accuracy: To ensure your satisfaction, please double-check all details before placing your order, including personalization details, and any other specifications. Once an order is submitted, changes cannot be made.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your codes arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist in providing a replacement at no additional cost. Proof of damage or defect (such as photos) may be required to process a claim.
